I. In view of the continued spread of the local epidemic, staff and students are advised not to enter the school campus in the following circumstances and to report to the Health Protection Unit as soon as possible to facilitate subsequent investigation of the epidemic.
A.If the diagnosis of COVID-19 is confirmed or if the health unit confirms that the student is a close contact, he/she should be isolated at home and undergo independent health management.
B. Seek medical attention as soon as possible if you feel unwell (e.g. fever, respiratory symptoms) and be sure to provide a history of travel or exposure.
C. If you have self-screening or positive PCR screening at a hospital/health clinic due to health concerns.
D. Failure to notify or delay in notifying the above will result in the leave application process not being able to be carried out on special leave.

IV.Staff and students who have not yet completed the COVID-19 vaccination are advised to complete the three doses as soon as possible and to wear a mask at all times to protect their health.
