In accordance with the instructions of the "BNT Vaccination Orientation Meeting" held by the Department of Health of Tainan City Government on 111.05.23, our school is cooperating with the COVID-19 Vaccination Campus Registration for grades 1-3 of Seventh Technology. Please complete the "COVID-19 Vaccination Survey for Students in Grades 1-3" and complete it before 16:00 on 111.05.27, so that the school can make early arrangements for contacting the students about the vaccination.
