Due to the adjustment of COVID-19 notification operation for faculty and students, we provide the following notification and contact information for confirmed patients:

1. Telephone notification (6/27~9/8 during summer vacation):
(1) Monday through Friday, notify the Health and Safety Section (faculty, staff, and day students) at 06-2530347 or ext. 255 or 291, and the Academic Affairs Section (students in the Education Department) at 06-2533488 or ext. 216.
**Note: 6/27-7/1, 8:00-17:00, 7/4-9/2, 8:30-16:00, 9/5-9/8, 8:00-17:00
(2) Saturday through Sunday, please use the system for notification.

2. System notification methods:
(1) "Health Preventive Reporting System" operation procedure
Step1. Login to "Nanying University Entrance
Step2. Click "Application System".
Step3. Execute C010-"Health and Disease Prevention and Reporting System".
Step4. Fill in the fields of "whether to confirm the diagnosis" and "whether to conduct the examination" according to your actual condition.
Step5. After completing the answer, click "Fill in".
(2) NUIST APP - "Health Preparedness" operation procedure
Step1. Login to "NUIST APP".
Step2. Click on "Health Prevention".
Step3. Click "Fill in the form".
Step4. Fill in the fields of "whether to confirm the diagnosis" and "whether to take the examination" according to your actual condition.
Step5. After completing the answer, click "Fill in".
