The Ministry of Health and Welfare is hereby notified that the Ministry of Health and Welfare announced on 111/7/26 the amendment of the "(COVID-19) Sanitary Measures and Penalty Regulations", please refer to and cooperate with the amendment.

1. In accordance with the copy of the Ministry of Health and Welfare's letter No. 1110200682A dated July 26, 2011 (attached).

2. This amendment appropriately relaxes the epidemic prevention measures of wearing masks, among which "motorcycle/bicycle riding" and outdoor workers working in open areas are exempted from wearing masks, while other epidemic prevention measures remain unchanged.
