[Announcement] Please refer to the Ministry of Education's new "Principles of Publicly Financed Fast Screening Reagent Disbursement for Colleges and Universities".
1.According to the letter from the Ministry of Education, No. 1112202745, dated 111.06.22, the principle of issuing publicly funded quick screening test for new colleges and universities includes "if a staff member or student has suspected symptoms due to official duties or at school, the school will provide one person with one dose".
2.. The application process is as follows.
(1) Target: Staff and students with suspected symptoms on official business or at school.
(2) Application method: Please fill out the "Tainan University of Applied Science and Technology - College and University Publicly Financed Fast Screening Reagent Application Form" (link: https://forms.gle/QHzeXSRcBJX2bNrF7) and have the Student Support Section of the Office of Student Affairs, Mr. Wang assist in compiling the registration list and applying/releasing the fast screening reagent.
(3) Collection methods.
a. Faculty and staff (including teachers) and students: The department will notify them to pick up the test.
b. Staff of administrative units: The Personnel Office will notify each unit to pick up the reagent.

If the fast screening result is "positive", please leave school, seek medical treatment, return home for isolation and complete the notification as soon as possible.
